How To Click & Collect
You can order books to borrow:
By telephone (01327 263054) during opening hours
Staff will take a contact phone number and customer library card number and give you a collection day and time.
Or by email to librarian@woodfordhalselibrary.org
Include your phone number and library card number.
Staff will email you with a collection timeslot.
Or by using this form.
Fill in the details & it sends an demail for you.
Staff will email you with a collection timeslot.
What Can You Choose?
- Books by genre such as historical fiction, fiction, crime/thriller, non-fiction, childrens, sci-fi or “lucky dip” (chosen by staff).
- Choose a total of five books.
- Choose Large Print / Ordinary Print or Talking Books
How To Collect & Return Your Borrowed Books
Collecting Your Books
- On each library open day, the books for that day are moved from click & collect shelf to the foyer windowsill with names angled towards the external door.
- Enter the foyer and pick up your named bag.
Returning Borrowed Books
- Customers drop bag off on windowsill in foyer
- Staff take bag of books and place bag on bottom shelf of quarantine trolley
- Books discharged through self-service once quarantine of 72 hours has been completed (if overdue – no fines apply).
- Books returned to main library shelves
