Warehouse Operatives for Norbert Dentressangle : Daventry

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy team based in Daventry, on a temporary – permanent basis offering a 40 hours per week rates of pay £7.00 to £7.60 per hour, paid break and overtimes £8.05 and £8.74 per hour plus benefits. The successful candidate will be prepared to work any 5 days out of 7 ongoing. Own transport would be advantageous due to shift times.

Shift Times

06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
22:00 – 06:00

Training & Experience

You will be trained in general warehouse duties including picking, packing and put-away. No previous knowledge necessary as full training will be provided but you will need to be dexterous and show an aptitude for manual work.

Most important is having a good work ethic, keen to learn, reliable, punctual and hard working. Must be flexible.

Fawsley Granary Hotel are currently looking for a housekeeper and a kitchen assistant.

The housekeeper will assist in day to day cleaning routine including cleaning rooms to a high standard and public areas of the hotel. Must be able to work weekends, 2 hours minimum per day 5 days a week. Must be flexible with hours.

Limes Farm Needs Tearoom & Event Shift Leader/Manager.

Wednesday to Sunday (2 out of 4 weekends)

This role requires you to work with and deputise for the Farm Shop Manager to ensure that the tearoom operates efficiently and provides an excellent standard of customer service at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist and deputise for the Limes Farm Shop Manager to ensure the smooth running of the tearoom and farm shop operation
  • Supervise the FOH team, providing coaching, training and support as required, to ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times
  • Help with any area of the Tearoom operation where circumstances dictate, including waiting; till operation; coffee making; food preparation and cleaning;
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Support on and off-site catering events.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a Hospitality or Retail environment and have the ability to lead; develop and motivate a small team of front of house assistants.

Enthusiastic and driven, you’ll have a passion for providing the highest levels of customer service and a willingness to take a hands-on approach. You will also be well organised, thrive under pressure and be comfortable working on your own initiative. This role requires the successful candidate to have the ability to flex their hours of work to meet the changing needs of the business.

Clean driving license desirable & own transport to Limes Farm needed.
