Good morning. As a resident of the Taylor Wimpey estate I (and I’m sure my neighbours) would be interested in an progress towards the completion of the work to the common areas and the adoption of their maintenance by the Parish Council. I have a copy of the original planning permissions and note that the hedgerow along Byfield Road was to be restored after completion of building works. I would like reassurance that the Parish Council will be insisting upon this and that the current poor remedial work will be rejected. Also, for some reason MV Kelly construction seem to have retained a builder’s yard on the estate despite their apparent completion of works in the village. Is this something under discussion with Taylor Wimpey. Thanks, Bill Parkinson, 7 Wheelwright Way.
