Supplementary Planning Document
Notice is hereby given under Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 that Daventry District Council adopted the above-mentioned Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) on 20th February 2020.
The SPD is intended to identify the special architectural and historic interest and to provide a clear framework and guidance for future development in and affecting the Woodford Halse and Hinton Conservation area.
The adopted SPD, a Consultation Statement and this Adoption Statement, can be viewed online at the Council’s website: www.daventrydc.gov.uk or inspected at the Daventry District Council Offices, Lodge Road, Daventry, NN11 4FP.

Any person with sufficient interest in the decision to adopt the SPD may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of that decision. Any such application must be made promptly and in any event not later than six weeks after 20th February 2020.
