Woodland Tree Planting

Don’t Forget Volunteers Needed 14/12/19

With all the Christmas trees going up around the village, don’t forget that we need help to plant trees in the woodland. We’re looking for tree planting volunteers please on Saturday 14th December at 11am.

Logo of The Woodland TrustThe Woodland Trust has very kindly donated 435 new little saplings, a mixture of rowan, silver birch, wild cherry, common oak, field maple and green willow.

The ground has been prepared in the riverside part of the Woodland and we now need some volunteers for a couple of hours (children welcome with adults) to help plant these.
