The next meeting of the Woodford Halse Historical Society is on Tuesday 19th November.

The speaker will be Stephen Wass, a professional archaeologist. His talk will be about the discoveries made at Cropredy, Wormleighton and Burton Dassett entitled: –

Burials, Bones and Builders; archaeological work in three churchyards.

All meetings are at the Memorial Hall in Station Road, Woodford Halse, NN113RB  commencing at 7.30pm.

The talks are usually of one hour followed by a social time with refreshments.

About The History Society

The Annual Membership fee is £15 and a charge of £3 per evening is made for Visitors. Refreshments are included.

New Members and Visitors ALWAYS WELCOME.
