Harvest Events at Your Local National Trust House
September is the time to celebrate Harvest at Canons Ashby. There’s lots of work behind the scenes to fill the house and church with beautiful harvest decorations.
Most of the decorations are their own fruit, veg and flowers, arranged by their talented flower team volunteers. Don’t miss the church if you visit during September- it’ll be full of autumn colours and harvest scents. There will be a family Harvest Trail going through the parkland for £2 per trail to join in with, running for the whole of September.
Apple Harvest Weekend is 28-29 September this year with Morris Dancing, apple tasting, kids’ craft activities, and a selection of stall holders. Come and celebrate the apple harvest!
