Try Chi Kung

Chi Kung is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used to improve health. It’s sometimes called the mother of Tai Chi.

Carole Gray is is running classes in Woodford Halse.

This is gentle, mindful safe movement. It can be done seated or standing and is accessible for all. Carole works with people who are looking for ways to support their health & well-being through Chi Kung, people who may have limited mobility, pain and progressive conditions, supporting physical and mental health. There are currently two classes running:

Thursdays 7pm : The Memorial Hall

Fridays 1pm : Dryden Hall
