This is the start of the formal consultation process for the Neighbourhood Plan…

The start of the formal 6 week consultation on the plan will be on Monday 3rd October 20116. Consultation responses must be received by 14th November 2016.

After this round of consultation and further discussions with Daventry District Council there will be a final version of the Plan which will be the subject of a local referendum.

The plan, when agreed by the community and approved by Daventry District, will help manage future planning applications. It will also help the village to receive extra funding from developers for local projects that support the plan.

The plan is also available in printed form for viewing in many places: the Library, Village Meats, the Village Stores, Popson’s Pharmacy, Footwise Podiatry, Top to Toe, Post Office, Memorial Hall, Social Club, Byfield Medical Centre, Central Way Garage and Co-operative Store.

You  can respond to the plan by completing the response form which you can download here and returning it. Alternatively you can use our on-line form here or obtain a form from one of the places mentioned above. Whichever way you use, responses must be received by 5:00pm on Monday 14th November 2016.
