The Society aims to be fair and transparent when using your information and to follow their obligations under UK data protection laws. Your information is used solely for administering club membership; reminding you when membership is due and informing you about meetings and speakers.

The Society collects information when you attend a meeting and decide to join the Society. The information you give will include some or all of the following – name, address, telephone number and email address.

The Society will keep your information securely and it will not be passed to any other person or group.

You are entitled to a copy of the information the Society holds and to ask them to correct any inaccuracies.

The Society may keep your information indefinitely – unless you ask them to delete it.

You may make a complaint to the Information Commissioner (www.ico.org.uk)
